Connection problems

Your cloud shop needs an internet connection. If a request fails, use Retry; a pending action is checked without granting its reward twice. Do not uninstall the app to fix a connection problem.

Recover your shop

Keep the recovery code from Settings somewhere safe. Use Recover shop on your other device. Recovery replaces the code and signs out the old device. Never email your recovery code or access credentials to support.
